"Awesome lamp and fantastic service"
Fast shipping of the floor lamp and its shade. Sadly, the shade arrived with some noticeable marks, so I reached out to Lighting R Us. After sharing some photos, they sent a replacement in just 48 hours. Really appreciate their good communication. Will definitely shop here again.

Fantastic customer support! The glass in my pendant ceiling light was broken, and I needed a matching replacement quickly. After calling a bunch of stores that could order online but didn’t have it in stock, I got in touch with Jayne at Lighting R Us. She was super friendly and really helpful. Jayne offered to check their inventory and promised to reach out if they had what I needed. I was thrilled when she called me back. Huge thanks for going the extra mile—you really made my day! I’d definitely recommend this company.

Plenty easy to order online and got my stuff fast. A hassle-free experience, for sure. This is my second time buying from Lighting R Us, and both times went off without a hitch. They even sent me a discount code after my first purchase, which I used for the second one.

Awesome service and fantastic prices (the exact same light at John Lewis costs £60.00 more). It showed up in perfect shape just a couple of days later. I'm really happy and will definitely get another light for the adjacent room.

Great selection of lighting options at fair prices. The lights showed up fast and just like they said they would. Unfortunately, four glass leaves on my pendants came in damaged, but Lights R Us took care of replacements right away, no hassle at all. They got here in just a couple of days. Top-notch service and follow-up. I'd definitely order again without a doubt.

"Reliable Vendor"
The website was a breeze to use, prices were fair, and the customer service was solid. I did have to send back an item since it didn’t fit our space, but they picked it up through Parcelforce just like they said they would. Now I'm just waiting on my refund, though they’ll be taking the return shipping cost out of it.

"Gorgeous"
Gorgeous lamps with great quality, and the packaging was top-notch. The only bummer was that it took a bit longer than I thought for it to arrive, but hey, can't really grumble since shipping was free. I'd totally recommend this and will be back for more.
